If you can see DHL shipping option, you can choose it and pay extra shipping fee.

Unopened and unused items that were purchased from www.flextailgear.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt. For details, please refer to our Return Policy.

As soon as your returned item gets to us we'll issue your refund. Please include your full name or order number somewhere in or on the packaging for quick refund processing.

Note:  If you purchased your product from a location other than  www.flextailgear.com, contact that dealer for a refund.

Once your refund has been processed (and you've received an email confirmation), it can take up to 7 business days for your funds to return to your account. How fast the refund shows up depends on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund after 2 weeks, reach out to us to make sure it's been processed fully or contact your bank for a status update.
