Refund Policy

RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or the product is found to be defective, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

 

How to return the product?

Please contact our Customer Support team(service@flextailgear.com) to start the return process. Please include the following information:

Order number

Proof of purchase

Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

*Only items purchased directly from www.flextailgear.com will be accepted. For products purchased from other authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

 

REFUNDS:

Once your refund has been processed. It can take up to 7 business days for your funds to return to your account. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)

 

*For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
