REFUND POLICY
Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic, returns and refunded payments will be delayed. We will process your return in the order it was received and issue you a refund as soon as possible.
HOW IT WORKS
- Contact our Customer Support team (service@flextailgear.com) .Please include the following information:Order number,Proof of purchase and the reason of return(If the product broken,please provide the photo or video of product)
- Ship it back to us at 4240 Ivar ave Rosemead, CA 91770
- Receive the refund
THE DETAILS
- You can return an item for a full refund within 7 days of you receive the products.
- After 7 days your item is not eligible for return.
- All items must be returned in the original, unused condition and must include all original packaging.
- Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
- Please allow 7-10 days for refunds to process through your original form of payment.(For returned items ,a refund will be credited for defective products.For non-defective items,refund wil be excluded all shipping fee and handling fees.)
RETURN EXCLUSIONS
- We do not accept items that were not purchased directly from www.flextailgear.com . To return your item please follow the return policy of the retailer or website used to make the original purchase.
- Items purchased from other authorized retailers,please get in touch with them for returns, exchanges,or warranty.
